An automated sawing system including a three blade QCS 3/15 circular saw, gripper feeder, manipulator for cut off pieces, and all other needed material handling equipment is about to be shipped to Vyksa Steel Works in Russia. 

A specimen manufacturing system to a Swedish steel manufacturer will be shipped in March 2012.

The system is using laser technology for cutting and marking of the specimen. This fully automated system will be able to cut samples of steel up to 16 mm in thickness. 

QCS 1/36 circular saw has been delivered to Kalyani Carpenter in India. The carbide tipped saw will cut billets up to dia 250mm.
